1947 Ford 2 Ton, 239 Flathead V8, 815 gallon, four comp., Pailer

History:

  • 1947 Purchased from Stan Stonehouse ford by P.L. Davidson as a BA distributor in Listowel

  • 1961 Forman Tank & Welding added a PTO driven pump, meter & hose reel (no more pails)

  • 1968 Retired truck to a Field as Gulf took over BA in Canada

  • 1988 Restored as BA truck by the Davidson Family

  • 1998 Mrs. P. L. Davidson (Dorothy) sold to Dan Brillinger to of Listowel as a parade vehicle

  • 2008 Robica Forman Tank purchased unit & restored to a Supertest Pailer as E.R. "Bob" Nothof (owner of Robica) grew up around the corner form Supertest home office in London.

Restoration:

  • restoration time 6 weeks

  • 750 + hours

  • started March 3, 2008 and was loaded and ready for Truck World Show midnight Monday April 14, 2008
